I wanted to tell everyone what Tom Knapp did for me in order to get my house sold. At the last minute the Buyer’s lender called while the closing was in process. They said that there were seven things that needed to be fixed before they would approve the loan. This was at closing! I’m in Colorado and the Buyer needed to be out of their place two days later. Tom and the Buyer go to my house on Saturday and fix everything so it could be approved! I don’t know any realtor that would go the extra mile and do that for me in order for my house to sell!!! I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for all the hard work he did to help me out!
